Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to, use of, and the contracting of services offered through the website bloomspavilion.com, owned by MADRID FLOWER SCHOOL S.L. (“the Owner”), in connection with Blooms Pavilion 2027, an international cut flower trade fair to be held from March 10 to 12, 2027 at the Casa de Campo Convention Pavilion, Madrid.
These Terms apply to two user profiles: (A) visitors who purchase tickets to the event, and (B) companies applying to participate as exhibitors.

2. Ticket purchase

2.1 Purchase process

Tickets are purchased through the website by credit/debit card payment, processed securely by Stripe. The Owner does not store your card details.

2.2 Confirmation

After completing payment, you will receive purchase confirmation and your ticket by email.

2.3 Cancellation and refund policy

Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except if the Owner cancels the event in its entirety (see clause 2.4).

Note: if you are purchasing as a consumer, please be aware that Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 excludes leisure services linked to a specific date, such as event tickets, from the right of withdrawal.

2.4 Cancellation or modification of the event due to force majeure

If Blooms Pavilion 2027 must be cancelled, postponed, or substantially modified due to force majeure, including, among others, strikes, acts of terrorism, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms), fires, general power, water, or internet outages, epidemics or pandemics, public road disruptions preventing access to the venue, or regulations issued by the competent authorities (national, regional, or municipal), the Owner will notify ticket purchasers by email, and will determine, depending on the case, whether the ticket remains valid for a new date or whether a refund will be issued.

2.5 Access to the venue

Access to the Casa de Campo Convention Pavilion will be subject, in addition to these Terms, to the venue’s internal rules. The Owner reserves the right of admission in accordance with applicable law.

3. Exhibitor registration

3.1 Nature of the registration

The exhibitor registration form constitutes an application to participate, not a firm contract or a payment commitment. Once received, the Blooms Pavilion team will contact the company to confirm availability and terms and, where applicable, to formalize the corresponding contract.

3.2 Participation conditions

The specific conditions for contracting a stand (prices, payment methods, deadlines, cancellation, setup, and dismantling) will be governed by the participation contract formalized separately with each exhibiting company, outside the scope of these general Terms.

3.3 Accuracy of information

The applicant company guarantees that the information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

4. Intellectual property and image rights

4.1 The content of the website is protected as indicated in the Legal Notice.

4.2 Use of image during the event

Blooms Pavilion may take photographs and video recordings during the event for promotional purposes (social media, website, press, future editions). By accessing the venue, the visitor and/or exhibitor accepts this possibility, unless they expressly state otherwise to the organization before or during the event.

5. User obligations

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the website and the contracted services, providing truthful information and refraining from fraudulent activities or activities contrary to the law.

6. Limitation of liability

The Owner is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from force majeure
  • Loss of personal belongings within the venue
  • Content or actions of exhibitors, speakers, or third parties, who act under their own responsibility

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Submission to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, except where a different mandatory jurisdiction applies for consumers.
